Bot Quality Guideline

For Swiftirc #stats

All bots that wish to be allowed a voice (+v) access and be an "official" bot in SwiftIRC #stats must meet the following quality guidlines.

1. You must be able to disable public commands from being triggered in the channel.
2. You must be able to keep your bot online for 24 hour a day, excepting of course planned reboots, software upgrades, power outages, etc.
3. Your bot must be documented either online or with inline commands.

Any bots that meet these quality guidelines are welcome in #stats.
